1. Each power control point should be equipped with an emergency power off switch, including a flashlight door and a portable control device.
2. Check whether there is a total power contactor on the crane. All power sources of the mechanism must be connected from the outlet end of the main power contactor. Power-on test: operate the emergency power-off switch, the main power contactor operates, cut off the total power supply of all mechanisms. All agencies are running stopped.
3. Check the structure of the emergency switch, which should comply with the non-automatic reset and reset mode of the emergency power-off switch, and should not be connected to the main power supply at the same time during reset.
